Storman Cloud v1.1.17 - April 2024

We have made some major changes to the operations dashboard! 

 

 

These changes include several performance enhancements behind the scenes, meaning this dashboard should feel a lot faster. Plus we've made some cosmetic changes which are outlined below:

 

• The alert note is now its own yellow icon in it's own column.
• If an agreement is active, and has an expected move out date, this will be displayed in a red icon.
• If an agreement has autopay, this will show as a blue, green or grey icon and the type of autopay.
• We have added the number of days late as a column.
• The balance is now coloured based on what is overdue/late, for example:
  • If an agreement has a zero balance or has charges on their account that are not yet due or late - the balance will show our standard blue.
  • If an agreement is in credit the balance column colour will show green.
  • And for customers that have charges and are due or late, the balance column colour will show red (and align with the days late).

You can now also have a custom ordering of your units for display on the dashboard; this sorting can be different to your walk sort order and can be configured against each of your units below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can now restrict individual agreements from being allowed to pay online. This only applies our new customer portal for online payments and does not apply to the now legacy system "Storpay".

We have fixed several glitches with 2FA where an error could appear while still letting you log in, and we've also fixed the "remember me for 14 days" setting - this was previously unreliable, and now is reliable!

• On the PTI side, it is possible for moved-out users/customers to get stuck in an "onsite" state. In Storman we have adjusted your access control sidebar to account for this and hide any customers that are stuck in 'onsite' if they have moved out.
  
  
• In some cases Storman could create the same user/customer multiple times in Storlogix Cloud, when signing up online via Storman (online) MoveIns - this has been resolved and we are only creating the user once, at the very end of signup.
  
  
• Storman will now only download units that are active to Storlogix Cloud, instead of all units.
  
  
• Lastly, we've fixed an issue where Storman could rarely send the details of customer to Storlogix Cloud, even if they were not renting any units with you.

• The update customer webhook, now only includes the information for related agreements and reservations that are active.
  
  
• We have fixed an issue where the access control webhook was missing and could not be used.

• The billed in advance report has had a performance rewrite and should now run reliably all the time, especially for larger facilities.
  
  
• We've fixed the issue where you could not download receipt preview (PDF) prior to sending a receipt email to a customer.
  
  
• The AutoDDSubmitted email will no longer be sent immediately and is instead added to your normal email queue.
  
  
• We have fixed a broken link to a help article in our settings screen, for facilities that use Noke.
