Key Changes
- Moving in new units and moving out single units now ask you to select the reason for move in and move out, which is saved against unit history.
- For facilities using the refund request system, we have added a new status of VOID. This can be used to undo a refund that you do not wish to approve and process. This will create a note against the customer and an automatic reversal of the original refund transaction.
- For multisite facilities, if you have the "search all sites" option enabled, the back button has come back!
API and Webhooks
- We have created 4 new APIs related to creating and updating additional access users.
- We have overhauled Storman webhooks.
- The Get Access Control Units API has been adjusted to return customer and unit data in the correct order.
- To complement the above even further, and for those facilities that have built their own access control system using our APIs - the staff PINs section is now always visible and accessible, regardless of what access provider you use.
New reporting dashboard
In the last release we mentioned a major change to Storman's reporting queue system, that restricts how often you can ask for certain reports:
- Income charged
- Aged receivables
- Deposits held
- Income received
- Occupancy
- Projected charges
- Receipt summary
This has been working well, and we now have a new dashboard view of this reporting queue, allowing you to see the status of reports you have asked Storman to run, and being able to access reports that have been run previously!
Unit type listing report
- The unit-type listing report has had some more columns added to it! This now correctly represents the number of units of that type and each of their statuses.
Things to make your life easier
- The transaction date from the picker will now default to the first date of the current month, in the settlements screen.
- The colouring of the side navigation bar when viewing Storman Cloud on a mobile device has been corrected.
- Moving out single units of a multi-unit agreement, now respects the future move out limit in your facility settings.
- We have fixed an issue where the approve and fail buttons, for AUDDIS direct debit could update the wrong status against payments.
- Direct debit payments created during overnight processing for AUDDIS are no longer rounded to no decimal places.
- Irish mobile numbers are now automatically prefixed with the country code.
- We've fixed an issue where users were not always able to tick or untick (and save) the "enable automatic rent increases" tickbox, on agreements.
