Storman Portal
PTI Storlogix Cloud
We've created two new permissions:
- Customers with additional users will now be locked out when the primary customer is locked out.
- We've fixed a display issue where additional users in Storman would disappear when the primary customer is set to a locked-out status.
- We have also created a new system setting (pictured below) where you can have Storman create a task, each time Storlogix Cloud notifies us of a rented unit whose door alarm has been activated.
The setting is here, in your facility settings.
Example task created.
Direct debit from banks (Ezidebit)
We've resolved several issues related to direct debits:
- some facilities reported being unable to refund a direct debit payment back to a storer's bank account.
- some facilities reported reversals and reversal fees, for failed direct debits were not always automatically. applying
- ..and where those reversals that were successfully applied, the agreement balance now updates to reflect the reversal.
Fixes and Improvements
- The bank reconciliation and settlements screen now correctly sorts the by dollar value.
- We've fixed an issue where unticking the "automatically generate this notice" setting in a notice, could still have the notice (and any fees) created via overnight processing.
- The delete access ID button should now be visible for facilities using the Paxton net2 access system.
- For companies with multiple facilities, the company facility list should load much faster for you now!
- The unallocated payments list now displays two reference columns; as depending on the payment type, a different reference field can be used.
