Automatic receipts via bulk payment adder!!
You can now automatically email customers a PDF receipt, when using the bulk payment adder!
Use the new tickbox (pictured below) to select each customer you would like to receive a receipt email.
You'll also need to make sure you have a notice with the default type of "Receipt cover email".
Minor fixes and improvements
- We've fixed a display issue where the promotion text on contracts could sometimes show an incorrect currency code.
- A new note is created against reservations when sending the signup at home link; outlining details of the reservation at the time of sending.
- We've fixed an issue where transferring a lead from one facility to another (in your company) would sometimes error or the newly created lead could not be opened.
SMS Changes - Action Required!
Our SMS provider has advised that they are looking to block SMS traffic to the list of below countries to combat scammers, spammers and bad actors who target these countries for Artificially Inflated Traffic. Change will take effect 15th October.
This means, if your facility has an end-user with a mobile number from this country, messages won't work after the 15th October. The end-user will need to either get an updated mobile number or you will need to change the communication preference for that customer away from SMS.
