The 3 month limit for the income received report has been removed, but just remember the longer date range you want the longer it will take!
Ops Dashboard Columns
We have added new columns that you can choose to show on your operations dashboard, these are:
- the current move in date
- the length of current stay (in days)
- the current rented rate
- the daily rack rate
- the weekly rack rate
- the monthly rack rate
- the annual rack rate
To see these new fields, you will need to reset your selection back to default using this button:

Fixes to make your life easier!
- We've fixed an issue where the autopay tab would randomly disappear for no good reason, it won't do that anymore.
- It is now possible to define regional managers and area managers, against each of your facilities. You can find a new section and username selector in your facility settings.
- For single facility companies, when you add a new user account we will automatically allow access to your facility - so you don't have to remember to tick it!
- We've increased the allowed limit for bank account names, when adding autopay details to a customer.
- We've fixed an issue where the "automatically send email and sms notices" setting, could send things at the wrong time.
- The contract code, for contact templates now supports up to 20 characters.
- The "actions --> send a link --> update autopay" process will now use the email or SMS content from your notices, instead of our plain, unbranded email.
- For our facilities that use Paxton, new customers will now correctly be set to your default access level.
- For our facilities that have added vehicles into Storman, we will now automatically create reminder tasks to let you know before registration and/or the fitness warrant expires!
