Release Notes
Hello Stormanites! Please find below our first post of changes to Storman Portal. This is the first time, we'll be doing these in line with Storman Cloud to keep you up to date of changes coming!

Box Shop
We have fixed an issue where the Storman Box Shop would not correctly load the payment screen, if you are using Global Payments (UK).
Storman Move Ins
- The drop down filters on the unit selection page now 'stack' and combine, instead of resetting and showing units outside of the selection you have attempted.
Customer Portal
- We have fixed an issue where customers could rarely get stuck in a password reset loop.
Storman In-store
- We've made various speed improvements across: Rent a unit, Find my reservation, Pay my account and Update autopay.
- We have added two new configurable action tiles:
1. Your customer portal
this displays a QR code and allows your customer to login to their customer portal on their mobile device
2. Leave us a review
here you can link directly to your Google review page or similar
- Reminder, you can configure which action tiles you would like displayed in your facility portal configuration.
Re-sign Contracts
- We have fixed an issue where the signature pad was not mandatory, for users completing a contract re-sign.
- On the re-sign contract page, the customer is now shown their total regular bill (including any and all other regular charges) instead of the unit's rack rate.
Online payments and update autopay
- We have applied some major performance improvements for customer accessing the pay online link and update autopay links
- For our facilities using Ezidebit, a new section is now displayed on the payment and update autopay screen, showing all relevant fees your customer may have to pay - this comes from your Ezidebit fee configuration.
- It is no longer possible to attempt to pay online for $0.00.
- Customers that have moved out are now able to access the pay online link, and login to the portal to pay their account, perfect if they have moved out and still have a balance owing!
- It is now possible to configure the credit card icons that are displayed on your online payment page (at the end of signups and also for one off payments). These icons can be configured in your facility and company portal field control settings.
