Online signups (SMOV)
1. You now have greater control over who must pay and who can skip, at the end of a signup. For example:
- you may want customers signing up online to always have to pay at the end
- while customers signing up in-store on your iPad can skip and pay at the counter
2. We've fixed a display issue where the amount would display incorrectly to a customer using the signup at home link, on a multi-period and fixed-length billing plan.
3. Customers completing an ID verification prior to completing their signup should find the process slightly faster in between the ID check and the signup page.
Sign/re-sign contracts
We have fixed an issue where a customer's total regular bill, would not always display the correct amount.
Customer portal
For security, password reset links now expire after 2 hours.
