Storman Cloud v1.1.22 - August 2024
Release Notes
Hello Stormanites, it's release time again! This month we have made some important changes, so please take your time to read through these notes.
We've fixed a few annoying little issues, added increased functionality to the noke access system, upscaled our new improved Portal, created new reports and improved User Management.

Storman Portal
If you are using any element of Storman Portal such as:
- online signups (SMOV),
- online payments,
- the update autopay and sign/re-sign contract links,
- or Storman in-store,

Report Changes
- For our facilities using ID verification we have created a new report under company reporting, allowing you to view the result of ID checks between a date range.
- The credits and refunds report now excludes inventory transfers.
Access Control
- noke can now accept future move-in dates; and will automatically disable access for any customer created in Storman (with a future move-in date) until the move-in date is reached.
- For our facilities with PTI Storlogix Cloud, Storman now sends the "+" symbol in front of customer mobile numbers, allowing easy and automatic enrolment to EasyCode, should you wish to use it.
- We have also solved the issue where PTI STorlogix Cloud would keep old PIN numbers or previously used PIN numbers in the unassigned codes section.
User Management
- The manage user list screen now shows a count of facilities each user has access to.
- When creating new users
- If you are a single facility company, we will automatically assign facility access to any new users you create.
- We also now show a note reminding you to ensure you give facility access to new users.
API Changes
We have created a number of new APIs, these are:
- List Users
- Create User
- Create Phone Call
- Get Customer (v2)
- List Unit Types (v2)
- List Units (v2)
- Extract Reservations

Fixes and Improvements
- The operations dashboard is now much faster and (more importantly) reliable after certain actions such as move ins and outs, reservation conversions etc
- The day to bill will now correctly update to match, when changing an agreement's next bill date.
- The bulk payment adder drop down now loads empty by default, forcing you to think about (before you select) the payment type.
- We have fixed an issue where a user had to have the unit and unit types permission, to be able to correctly use the bulk communicator.
- You can now define the correspondence plan number, when creating or editing new correspondance plans.
